This type of apartments has an area of approx. 37-44 m² (398-474 ft²). They are provided with air conditioning (in summer, at manager’s discretion), terrace with sunbeds and parasol.
They include bedroom and living room with double sofa bed. The kitchenette is provided with electric burners, fridge with freezer box, microwave oven, Moka pot and Melitta coffee machine, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, satellite TV in every room, safety deposit box.

Cleaning is not included; pool towels are not included (available for rent). Two sun loungers are included.
